I am a qualified, BACP registered therapist with extensive experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting. I trained and qualified as a therapist at LC&CTA in London. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society and hold an First-Class Honours degree in BSc Psychology.
Aside from my private practice, I have worked in many different environments and settings supporting mental health and wellbeing. I am currently working as a lead consultant supporting a variety of organisations and their employees with improving mental health and mental health awareness. I have also worked for multiple charities such as Mind and Rethink Mental Illness and have worked as a therapist in schools and colleges.
In my experience, I have worked effectively and extensively with various experiences and mental health challenges/conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self-worth, low confidence, family and relationship issues, bereavement, loss, abuse, disordered eating, bipolar, personality disorders, self harm and suicidal thoughts.
